The website PAMIROT.COM is operated by Pamirot E-Handel AB, corporate registration number 559213–7151. The company’s contact details and other information can be found on the website. On the website you can buy goods and services from us. Payment is made via payment methods offered on the website.

  1. Our rights

These terms apply to you as a customer who has ordered an item through the website. This means that an agreement is concluded between you and Pamirot E-Handel AB. With each purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy. In order to place an order on the website, the customer must be 18 years of age. We reserve the right to change / deny an order in some isolated cases. For example. if it appears that the customer has entered incorrect personal information.

If there is something wrong on the website, such as the wrong price or description of an item, we reserve the right to correct the error. If a customer has already ordered that item, we will inform the customer about the correction.

All content on the website is owned by Pamirot and is protected by copyright law, intellectual property law and market law. This applies to the Pamirot brand as well as images and other content found on the website.

  • Your personal information

To be able to shop with us, we recommend our customers to create an account. We need some personal information in order to receive orders and make deliveries. We handle personal data according to GDPR. More information about this can be found here.

All customers are responsible for protecting their login details so that no one but the customer can use them. The customer is not allowed to share the login details with others and must ensure that no outsiders get hold of them. If the customer suspects that someone else has access to the login information, he or she must immediately notify us. The customer is always responsible for all purchases made with his or her login details. We reserve the right to close an account if we suspect that a customer is using their account in a way that violates our terms or our policy.

  • Order and agreement

For each purchase, the customer must read and agree to our general terms and conditions and our privacy policy. With each order, an agreement is concluded on the purchase between the customer and Pamirot E-Handel AB. When we confirm the order, we send an order confirmation via email to the customer. The customer saves it to contact us if needed. You can revoke an order before it is confirmed. After confirmation, the customer must make a return. More information about this can be found here.

  • Price, shipping, payment and any fees

For all orders, the price stated on the website applies. Prices quoted are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include statutory VAT.

Shipping charges, and any other charges that may apply, are set by Pamirot at the time of ordering. Some items, or purchases over a certain amount, are delivered free of charge. Even how it relates to this will be stated when ordering.

  • Delivery and transport

Estimated delivery time will be stated when ordering on the website. It normally takes a few working days, but may vary depending on where in Sweden the goods are shipped. If there is no problem with the delivery, it will take place between 2-3 days and a maximum of 30 days after the order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is stated on the order confirmation and / or at the checkout and / or on the page the item is presented. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the time the customer receives the order confirmation.

The shipment is distributed to a postal representative or other relevant delivery representative where the customer resides. The customer must redeem the shipment of the relevant agent himself within the time stated on the notification. The notification is via SMS, e-mail, regular mail or telephone call.

  • Return Policy

For all purchases of goods on our website, according to law, 14 days cancellation right. This means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase for 14 days from the day the customer / agent received the item.

  • Return policy for special item

Some of goods / clothing are exempt from the right of withdrawal, for example special garments that the customer has sewn up with us, or offered by us existing garments that the customer has requested a change of size or other.

When the customer at the checkout approves the purchase and our delivery terms for the particular item, he at the same time approves that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to that item. Along with the special item, the customer also gets clear information about what applies to the item regarding the right of withdrawal.

Upon return, the customer pays the full return shipping for the special item. When the customer receives the item, he is responsible for the condition of the item and that the item is returned in its original condition upon return. When we have received the special item in return and found that it is still in its original condition, the customer’s responsibility ceases. The customer must return the special item within 14 days of the date notified to us that he or she is not satisfied with it. When returning the purchase, the special item must be unused, in good condition and its packaging.

When returning a special item, the customer must be able to report the cost of returning the goods by means of receipt. When we receive the return, the customer will receive the full amount of the original return including the shipping cost. If the customer only returns part of a special item, the shipping cost will not be refunded. We reserve the right, then, to deduct a sum for the portion of the particular item returned, corresponding to the depreciation incurred for that portion of the item in comparison with the entire value of the original item.

We will repay the amount for the return of the particular item, or current part of it, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the item in return. The repayment is made via the payment method chosen by the customer when ordering, if there is no obstacle to this being done.

  • Warranty / complaint

The customer has the right to claim a defective product within 3 months of the purchase, provided that the customer has notified us of the defect in connection with its discovery. Complaints should be made no later than 2 weeks after the fault is discovered. After the complaint and when the item is returned to us, we will pay back the full amount of the original and the shipping cost. We consider a product as defective if the defect occurred prior to the sale of the product. We accept all complaints within 3 months of the sale unless we can prove that the defect occurred after the goods were delivered to the customer. If a complaint is made 3 months after the sale, the customer needs to prove that the defect occurred before the sale.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to our purchase & delivery terms at any time. We publish the changes on the website. Any changes will apply when customers accept the terms of a new purchase or 30 days after we notify the customer of the changes. We recommend that our customers stay updated on our terms through our website.
  • If the terms under law or by court order are considered invalid, we will replace the current terms with new and relevant terms.
